At Synaptikore, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us anytime at cs@synaptikore.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions and arrange collection of your package.
Damages and Issues
We take product quality seriously. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
Our team will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at cs@synaptikore.com and we’ll be happy to help.
